Our mission is to become the leading supplier of NPCC products, with an initial focus on China.  We will achieve this through expanding capacity to meet demand, keeping production cost low, providing high quality products, expanding the market for NPCC by developing cutting-edge products through research and development, building a strong management team and broadening our customer base. Expanding Capacity   To meet the expected rising demand for our NPCC products by existing customers and potential new customers, we have expand our production capacity from 30,000 metric tons per year in 2001 to 250,000 metric tons per year in 2009. Our new NPCC production facility with an initial capacity of 60,000 metric tons per year in Zibo, Shandong Province, which started production in August, 2009. Maintain Low Production Costs   We have developed a new membrane separation process in concert with Tsinghua University which is being used in our new NPCC facility in Xianyang.  The process allows us to produce better quality NPCC particles and to save energy—one of the largest cost components in the production process. In addition, we will continue improving our technology to reduce the energy consuming and pollution to environment.  Provide High Quality Products   The membrane separation technology we jointly developed with Tsinghua University provides us with greater control over the quality of our NPCC products, as this technology enables very stable grain-size of nano particles. In addition, the limestone used by our Xianyang facility will be mined in close proximity to the facility and is of the highest quality in the country. Our NPCC products are ISO 9001 certified as of 2003. Commitment to Research and Development   Our research and development efforts are aimed at finding new varieties of products, improving existing products, improving existing product quality and reducing production costs. We are strengthening our R&D capabilities by establishing research and development centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Tsingdao. We intend to focus significant effort on opening new markets for our new products, which include NPCC products for the paper and paint industries. Experienced Management   Our experienced management team provides strong leadership and the ability to execute our business strategies.  Under its leadership, we have a demonstrated record of rapid and orderly growth. The members of our management team have an average of ten years of industry experience. To meet the challenges of our growing business, we plan to grow our management team by recruiting high-quality college graduates including those with advanced degrees. We believe a strong management team will ensure our continued success in this industry. Broadening Customer Base   Currently, our products are sold primarily to major equipment customers in Shandong and parts of northern China. We plan to increase our customer base and market our products to other geographic areas in China. We currently have sales offices in Shanghai, Xian, Tsingdao and Beijing and will be adding offices in Guangzhou and Dalian.  Although our NPCC products are in high demand, we are primarily selling our products to customers concentrated in a few industries.  We are working to expand our target industries and have recently begun our marketing efforts in the paper and paint industries.  We have successfully completed trials and are testing our samples with several companies in these industries.
